In 2020, The Australian Ballet celebrates 40 years of taking ballet to regional centres all around the nation with a ‘greatest hits’ gala.
This dazzling program will feature key works from four decades of touring, along with a divertissement program of crowd-pleasing classical pas de deux.
The icing on the 40th birthday cake will be Swan Lake variations, a brand-new piece choreographed by Artistic Director David McAllister. It’s a last gift to regional audiences from this inspiring leader before he bids us goodbye after 20 years at the helm of the company.

Babes in Arms (sitting on your lap, not occupying a seat) aged up to 12 months are admitted free to this performance. All Babes in Arms must have a ticket to enter the theatre. Please ask for your complimentary Babes in Arms ticket at the box office.
A processing fee of $6 applies to tickets purchased online. This is a per transaction fee, not per ticket fee, which will be applied at the end of your purchase.
A delivery charge of $4 applies if you choose to have your tickets posted to your address.
