There are also limited spaces in Brisbane, George and York Streets and in Yorktown Square. Make sure you leave home early enough to find a parking spot nearby.
Entry to the theatre auditorium is at ground level and wheelchair users can enter through the main door of the Earl Arts Centre to access ground level seating.
The front row of seats can be accessed without negotiating any steps. If you have concerns about using the steps up to the other seats please let us know at the Box Office when you purchase your ticket so we can organise a reserved seat at ground level for you. Please speak to the Front of House manager if you need any assistance on the day.
Walking frames may be used by patrons to help them to their seating, however they cannot be left in the walkway. Our ushers will store your walker and return it to you at the conclusion of the performance.
Theatre North at the Princess is also affiliated with the State Government’s Companion Card Program.
If tickets are on sale at the Princess Theatre Box Office, pre-booked tickets can be collected from the Princess Theatre Box Office at any time leading up to the performance, or at the Earl Arts Centre up to one hour before the show.
If you need to collect tickets on the day of a show, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the show starts so you have plenty of time to collect your tickets and take your seats.
You must present your ticket to the usher at the door leading into the theatre.
Once you are inside the theatre and usher will show you to your seat.
If you have a General Admission ticket, you may choose where you would like to sit when you enter the theatre. If you have concerns about using the steps in the theatre, please advise when purchasing your ticket so a reserved seat at stage level can be organised for you. Please speak to the Front of House manager if you need any assistance on the day.
For some shows, babies are admitted for free as long as they sit on your lap during the performance.
Each show has a "Babes in Arms" policy - please check the show information or ask at the Princess Theatre Box Office for details.
Generally, all Babes in Arms must still have a ticket to enter the theatre. This is a free ticket that is issued by the Box Office, so please make sure you collect your complimentary Babes in Arms ticket from the Front of House Manager before entering the theatre.
