Theatre North takes great pride in its custodianship of the iconic Princess Theatre on behalf of the City of Launceston and Northern Tasmania and in our national season program.

With 109 years of living history, the Princess is many people's 'second home'. In 2023, 92,000 people came through those Art Deco doors to savour everything from classical music to cabaret, country music to ballet, international comedy to homegrown musical theatre.
