The Great Hall and Tamar Valley Room are fitted with hearing induction loops.

Hearing loops are available for performances that use amplified sound or microphones. As not all performances are amplified, please contact the Box Office if you would like to confirm whether this service will be available for a particular event.

Accredited assistance animals are welcome throughout the Albert Hall.

If you are attending with an assistance animal, please contact the Box Office before your visit so we can ensure suitable seating is available.

Walking frames and other mobility aids are welcome. For safety reasons, they cannot remain in aisles or walkways during a performance.

Our Front of House team will store your mobility aid nearby and return it to you as soon as the performance concludes.

We are continually working to improve accessibility across our venues. Initiatives currently in development include tactile tours, social stories, relaxed performances, captioned and audio-described performances. We look forward to sharing these as they become available.
