3.5 to 4 hours per session
Suitable for all ages.
Children under 12 years are permitted to sit in the back row of the auditorium only - with electronic devices (i.e. tablets, phones, etc.) on Silent Mode or with headphones.
No phone calls, filming or photography permitted in the auditorium. DANCEvision.tv will be videoing and taking photographs during each session, which will be available to purchase.
Programs available for purchase $12 each.

All season tickets are available from the Festival office in the upstairs foyer of the Princess Theatre and give admission to all sessions of the Festival from Friday, 27th September until Saturday 5th October 2019
Tickets and Programs will NOT be sold through the Princess Theatre Box Office, but from the Ticket Box in the Princess Theatre Foyer. Ticket Sales open 30 minutes before the commencement of each session.
All competitors and teachers must show their laminated pass to enter.

28TH ANNUAL DANCING COMPETITION
The Launceston Festival of Dance is Launceston's largest dance competition with the 2019 season anticipating over 2,000 entries covering groups, solos, duos and trios in Jazz, Tap, Classical, Modern/Neo, National and Theatrical disciplines.
The objective of The Launceston Festival of Dance (inc.) shall be to foster the development of dance through holding competitions, facilitating teaching, training and promoting the educational and character building value of dance to the participant.
