For those who purchased tickets online: no further action is required on you behalf. The refund process for these tickets is automated and will be actioned on Friday 01 May. We will only be in touch with you should we require further information. Please be aware that, due to standard bank clearances, it may take a few days for the refund to show up in your bank account.

For those who purchased tickets in person or over the phone: all funds will automatically be credited to your patron account at the Princess Theatre Box Office. From there, your money can be refunded to you, or held in your account as a credit for future performances. Our Box Office staff will call you to ascertain your preference, or alternatively please feel free to call on 6331 0052 between 10am-2pm weekdays to let us know.
