The Australian Tenors’ versatility spans all genres of the classical tenor repertoire.

Five of the best tenor voices in Australia are bringing romance, excitement, warmth and humour to their performances. The concert captures the spirit, the beauty and vocal demand of truly authentic tenor voice.

Audiences are thrilled by the ever-popular classical arias from the popular operas such as the tenor Trademark Puccini - Nessun Dorma, Verdi’s-Anvil Chorus to popular tenor songs from Phantom Of The Opera,– Les Miserables, Do You Hear The People Sing & Neapolitan favourites Santa Lucia and Mattinata Other repertoire includes You’ll Never Walk Alone and a stirring rendition of The Hallelujah Chorus. Beautiful duets are also a part of the program including Phantom of The Opera & The Pearl Fishers.

Proudly Australian, their performance is never complete without delighting audiences with a sing-along of Australiana songs. The ever-popular, ‘Waltzing Matilda’, the iconic poem by Dorothea Mackellar, ‘Australia My Country’ set to music, which evoke love and the spirit of connection, ‘I Am Australian’, I Still Call Australia Home, Road To Gundagai among other favourites. This adds a very patriotic musical segment to the performance.

The Australian Tenors have performed extensively with Opera Australia, Australian and International Symphonies & Philharmonic Orchestras.

The Australian Tenors are: Murray Mayday, Lorenzo Rositano, John Donohoe, Matthew Reardon and Michael Butchard.

The Soprano is Australia’s Giuseppina Grech and Backed by The Southern Cross Orchestra under the direction of Musical Director & Conductor: Mr Glenn Amer.
