Ukulele Concert
St Ailbes Hall, Launceston
Ukulele Concert
You’ll be in fine form by the time you spill out into this historic venue that has hosted concerts and dances for generations! The grand old venue will be set up with table seating, but with plenty of room to join in some traditional Scottish dances called by Master Ceilidh Caller, Graeme McColgan (NSW), with music provided by Green Fieldz, Sally Carter & Keith Rea (VIC). After the dances, Graeme will be joined on stage by his band, The Stovies, to provide Celtic and Australiana music, and Green Fieldz will finish the night out with blazing fiddle tunes - there’ll be plenty of audience participation, so get your voices ready!
Food and bar facilities are available at St Ailbes, provided by the fundraising team of St Patrick’s College Music Department.
