Original story by E.T.A Hoffman, adapted and directed by Renee Bakker with Courtney Hayes and Indea Quinn
This October, relive the magic of a timeless Christmas tale with Bakker Productions’ delightful stage version of The Nutcracker - a whimsical reimagining brought to life by a talented cast of young performers.
Follow Clara, Max, and Anna as they tumble through a long-forgotten portal into Nutcrackerland - a world of enchanted forests, mischievous rats, candy-fuelled chaos, and one very determined Rat King. Along the way, they’ll meet ballerinas turned to stone, a brave Nutcracker Prince, a kingdom under threat, and learn a lesson they never knew they needed.
Presented by the talented young actors of Bakker Production’s Theatre School, this vibrant play is a celebration of childhood adventure, festive wonder, and the magic of believing in the impossible.
With humour, heart, and a healthy dose of Christmas magic, The Nutcracker is a heartwarming adventure for the whole family!
