RAD Australia is pleased to present the Joan Burnett OAM Scholarship in 2023, named after dancer Joan Burnett, who won the first Silver Medal ever to be awarded in the Adeline Genée Awards in 1934 .

Any student studying RAD Intermediate Foundation to Advanced Grades in Tasmania is welcome to participate in the Awards to compete for a range of prizes including the Joan Burnett OAM Scholarship to the value of $1,000, Scholarship to Dance Fest 2024 South Australia, and a First Place, Runner-up and Encouragement will be awarded at each level. • Intermediate Awards commence at 2:45 pm
• Advanced Awards commence at 3:45 pm
