On entry, patrons will be required to check-in via the Check In TAS app. Please download it prior to arrival. If you do not have a device with this capability, Theatre North Staff will be there to assist with registration.

INFORMATION FOR PATRONS
Things are a little different for Competitions patrons this year.
Because our foyer capacity is strictly limited we strongly encourage you to buy your session tickets online, select the tickets@home option and either print them or save them on your phone. Please have each ticket barcode ready to be scanned on arrival.
All tickets are allocated seating and everyone needs a ticket to enter. Your seat is reserved for you for the entire session. If you leave the theatre during a session you will need to show your ticket to re-enter and return to your allocated seat. And be sure to give our staff and volunteers a smile as they work hard to keep us all COVID-safe.
If you need your caffeine fix, a friendly reminder that hot drinks (and milkshakes) are not permitted in the theatre. And please understand that we cannot allow our patrons to socialise, shelter from the weather or wait for friends in the foyers this year.
We are a mask-friendly venue so please bring your mask if you prefer to wear one. And please stay home if you have the sniffles or other symptoms.
Remember to use the Check-In Tas app on arrival each day.
During the Competitions, the Box Office will be staffed from 8.30am – 8.30pm Mon-Fri, 8.30am – 3.30pm & 6pm – 9pm on both Saturdays and 1pm-4.30pm & 6pm – 9pm on the Sunday. Our team is ready to assist you, but maximum patron capacity is 6 at the box office, so please if possible do pre-purchase your tickets.

Please note, for Launceston Competition tickets you will not be charged the an online booking fee.
Complimentary Babes in Arms are available for children ages 0-2years, please contact the Box Office to arrange.
